Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Zevra, every piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted and subjected to strict quality control before it leaves our studio. Because our products are handmade and for strict reasons of hygiene, our return and exchange protocols are highly regulated.

By completing a purchase on www.zevrajewellery.in, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

1. General Return Policy (Hygiene & Handmade Constraints)

  • Earrings & Pierced Jewelry: For strict health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales of earrings and pierced jewelry are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items under any circumstances, unless they are received in a physically damaged condition.

  • No "Change of Mind" Returns: Because our items are handcrafted in limited batches utilizing authentic handblock fabrics, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if you simply change your mind, dislike the color upon arrival, or order the wrong size.

2. The Handmade Disclaimer: Artisanal Variations

Zevra utilizes traditional handblock print fabrics (Ajrakh, Kalamkari, Ikat, etc.) and natural dyes.

  • Slight variations in print alignment, bead asymmetry, and color saturation are the hallmarks of genuine handicraft.

  • These variations are not considered manufacturing defects and will not be accepted as valid reasons for a return or exchange.

3. Exchanges for Transit Damage or Incorrect Items

We only accept exchange requests if the product arrives physically damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect item. To claim an exchange, you must strictly adhere to the following protocol:

The Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule: To protect against fraudulent claims, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory to process any claim for damage or missing items.

  1. The video must show the sealed package from all sides before opening.

  2. The video must show the package being opened and the item being removed.

  3. The defect or damage must be clearly visible in the video.

  4. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video, or with a video that starts after the package has been opened, will be categorically rejected.

The Exchange Window: You must report the issue and email the unboxing video to support@zevrajewellery.in within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by our shipping partner.

4. The Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved based on the unboxing video:

  1. Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return shipping address.

  2. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  3. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged/incorrect item, we will dispatch a replacement of the exact same product.

  5. If the exact product or fabric print is out of stock, you will be issued a Store Credit of equal value, valid for 6 months.

5. Refund Policy

We operate on a strict No-Refund policy. Refunds to the original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/Bank Account) are only processed under the following highly specific circumstances:

  • The order is lost in transit by our shipping aggregator and is officially marked as "Lost" in their tracking system.

  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to an inventory error or unforeseen production issue, and we proactively cancel your order.

  • In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original source account within 5–7 business days.

6. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

If a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the buyer, or because the buyer was unavailable to receive the package after multiple attempts, the buyer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fee required to re-dispatch the order.

 

 

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
