At Zevra, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted jewelry securely and efficiently. Because every earring, bangle, and pendant set is meticulously prepared, our shipping operations are designed to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition.

By placing an order on www.zevrajewellery.in, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Handcrafted Fulfillment: As our products feature authentic handblock prints and are assembled by hand, order processing takes time. All standard orders are processed and dispatched from our studio within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Launch/Sale Periods: During high-volume periods, festive seasons, or new collection drops, processing times may be extended by an additional 2 to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience as we refuse to compromise on the quality of our craftsmanship.

  • You will receive a separate notification email containing your tracking number once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (India): We offer pan-India shipping through premium logistics aggregators (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees).

  • Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on your pin code. Tier 1 cities generally experience faster delivery times compared to Tier 2, Tier 3, or remote locations.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimates, Not Guarantees: Please note that all delivery timelines provided are estimates. Zevra is not legally liable for any delays caused by the courier company, weather conditions, regional lockdowns, or unexpected logistical disruptions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS from support@zevrajewellery.in containing your AWB (Airway Bill) tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update after receiving the email.

4. Incorrect Address & RTO (Return to Origin) Liability

  • Customer Responsibility: It is solely the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including House/Flat number, Building name, Street, Landmark, and correct Pin Code) and an active contact number at checkout.

  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails and the package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect/incomplete address, the customer rejecting the package, or the customer being unavailable after multiple delivery attempts by the courier, the customer will bear the full cost of re-shipping the order.

  • Zevra will not issue refunds for orders returned to origin due to customer negligence. The package will only be re-dispatched once the secondary shipping fee is paid in full.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Transfer of Liability: Zevra’s liability for the physical package ends the moment it is handed over to the third-party courier service. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the courier but are claimed to be lost or stolen by the customer.

  • Damage in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery. If you do accept it, you must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video (as detailed in our Return & Exchange Policy) and email it to support@zevrajewellery.in within 48 hours to claim a replacement.

6. Jurisdiction

All shipping operations and logistics are managed from our base in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Any legal disputes arising from shipping, fulfillment, or transit liabilities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prayagraj.
